Anan x Le Du x Kyo Bar Six Hands Dinner

Hard to believe less than a year ago, we weren’t even allowed to leave our homes let alone travel to a different country. Then, the thought of savouring some sweet and spicy Som Tam seemed nearly impossible.

Yet, here we are today greeted with first-of-its-kind culinary experiences featuring not one but two award-winning chefs from Thailand - Chef Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn from the award-winning Le Du (#4 on Asia’s 50 Best) and Nusara (#10 on Asia’s 50 Best) as well as founder and pastry chef Dej Kewkacha from Kyo Bar. The sensational six hands dinner will be hosted in an equally impeccable hotspot - Anan Saigon (#39 on Asia’s 50 Best List 2021), well-known for its playful and skilful inception of Vietnamese food culture, ingredients and techniques in a fine dining scape.

At Anan, Chef Peter Cuong Franklin pays homage to his Vietnamese roots with both a la carte and tasting menus that bear hints of international influences, such as in his famous Banh Xeo Tacos, which encase classic ingredients of the Vietnamese staple in a crispy taco hard shell, served with lime slices and peanut sauce tableside. For two nights only (28 and 29 June), expect a culinary experience that pays homage to the vibrant food culture, unique biodiverse terroirs and seasonal ingredients of Vietnam and Thailand. Priced at VND3.4m++ (USD147) including wine pairings, be sure to reserve your seats to avoid disappointment.
