This round-up is curated by local Vietnamese cafe expert and connoisseur @cafearoundsaigon, who started his caffeine-fuelled adventures in 2019 and has since amassed a following of almost 9,000 followers. A bright, airy and quiet co-working café located in the heart of Saigon, Infact Coffee Saigon is the epitome of a cafe made to get work done. Not only does it serve coffee, free flow water and have adequate plugs and is a quiet space, there is also a huge sense of community which they even have a name of “Innovation Factory Community”, as it regularly partners with individuals and organisations such as Youth Empowerment Organisation (YEO) Vietnam to host workshops and activities.

Roast and Smoke

Don’t be fooled by its name, Roast and Smoke not only ticks all the boxes of a work-friendly cafe but also serves up a delicious smoked beef brisket pho for only VND 129,000. Tucked away in the corner of a quiet residential neighbourhood, Roast and Smoke serves up freshly roasted coffee in a beautiful space surrounded by greenery - the perfect place to unwind and plugin. At sunset, the space converts into a cozy, dimly-lit hangout where you can chill with an iced-cold bevvie and some good ol’ BBQ.

Did I mention Roast and Smoke smokes its meat for 12 to 16 hours using native tropical fruitwoods to bring out the meat’s unique aroma and flavour? Definitely a well-deserved reward after a long day of work if you ask me.

One of the OG co-working cafes and specialty coffee brands to be born in Vietnam, S.Tix Coffee was established in 2018 and has since opened 3 outlets across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with its first large-scale store in District 10 offering full experiential coffee experiences.

So if you were worried about the quality of its coffee, fret not.
