2020 saw a significant surge - 74 per cent—in Southeast Asia's obsession with chocolate. Here, I highlight some of Vietnam’s most exciting and creative chocolates - from the bars to the bonbons that evoke the flavours of the terroir where they’re from and contribute to a more sustainable cocoa farming industry.
